A curious, serious, hilarious and quintessentially New York talk show. Periel brings her signature wit and a sharp, provocative lens to conversations about life and culture. In every episode, Periel introduces us to someone or something that is “nothing to sneeze at,” as her grandmother, Lillian (Z”L) used to say. Guests range from celebrities and cultural figures to her friends and relatives— much to the delight (and occasional horror)—of listeners and family alike. Nothing is off limits. Also, you should know that when Periel sneezes, it’s usually eleven times in a row and a complete nightmare for her and anyone around her.
Periel is the on-air producer for LIVE FROM THE TABLE, the official podcast for the world-famous Comedy Cellar, hosted by Comedy Cellar owner, Noam Dworman and co-hosted by comedian Dan Naturman. She has produced upwards of 500 episodes.
